Bulk Send:
With this feature, you can quickly and easily send the same documents to a large number of recipients with just a few clicks of a button. Simply set up your envelope and import your recipients - Bulk Send will handle the rest. View our support guide here.

PowerForms:
PowerForms give you the ability to generate on-demand, self-service documents for signature. Eliminate document preparation time, and easily pull collected data into your existing applications. View our support guide here.

Custody Transfer:

Administrators can, from the Transfer Ownership page, add and manage rules to automatically transfer ownership of envelopes between users of the same DocuSign account. For more on this process, please see the below video or our support guide here:

Envelope Sharing allows users on the same account to view and process shared envelopes. The ability to share envelopes among users in your account is useful for scenarios such as a replacement during annual leave, delegated management of DocuSign transactions, or other collaborative workflows.

Get started with ID Verification

ID Verification allows you to identify signers beyond the standard practice of clicking an emailed link, allowing you to further protect your high value agreements, reduce risk and support compliance.

When enabled, ID Verification will require a signer to present their identity papers (government-issued photo ID or eID) before they can view and sign your documents. For more on this process, please see the video below:

6 Increase authentication with AES and QES

Increase authentication with AES and QES

eSignature is now a broadly accepted substitute to the handwritten version - however, some transactions may require a higher level of identity assurance - two potential solutions to this for you, are Advanced eSignature (AES) and Qualified eSignature (QES).
