You no longer need to recreate the document every time you need to prepare and send it to different people. Bulk Send

DocuSign’s Bulk Send feature is the ideal way to send a document to multiple people at once, quickly and easily. Use Bulk Send for employee policy and other HR updates, payment verification forms, and more. With increased efficiency, sending quicker enables your recipients to sign quicker.

PowerForms

PowerForms provide a simple way to create secure, user-friendly forms for your customers to fill out and sign, on a self-service basis. Simply embed the form on your website or send it as a secured link through email to capture information from people you might not know such as attendees for an open event registration, standard NDAs and more.

Automatically set a signing order to multiple recipients you need to complete an agreement. Automating the signing order lets you control when your recipients receive and sign your documents. Conditional Routing

Route an envelope to different people, based on relevant information in an envelope that applies to the individuals signing a document. By routing the document to the right individuals, it shortens the time it takes to sign an agreement.

Carbon Copy

Easily send a copy of an agreement to someone who doesn’t need to sign. You can add other information the signer needs, by using one of the CC recipient types. CC recipients can view, download, and print your documents but take no other actions. This allows visibility and minimum effort to communicate with individuals within an organisation.
