Getting Started with DocuSign Gen for Salesforce
With DocuSign Gen for Salesforce, you can generate polished and professional agreements in just a few clicks — without leaving the Salesforce user interface. Gen can help you save time, eliminate errors and close more deals.
Follow this step-by-step guide to get DocuSign Gen for Salesforce up and running for your organisation.

Prepare for Installation
To install and/or set up Gen, you must have DocuSign Admin and Salesforce Admin permissions.
If you don't have these permissions, please reach out to your company's current DocuSign Admin and Salesforce Admin to assist with steps 2 and 3 or have them grant you administrator permissions.
Required: Salesforce subdomain
A unique Salesforce subdomain is required to install and manage Salesforce Lightning components, including DocuSign Gen. Click the link below to learn more, and ensure your company has a subdomain set up before proceeding to the next step.
Install your DocuSign Apps
The video below will walk you through installing and setting up your DocuSign for Salesforce apps.
Required: Latest Version
If you're currently using DocuSign eSignature for Salesforce, you'll still need to follow the instructions in the video below to install or update DocuSign Apps Launcher. DocuSign Apps Launcher is required to use DocuSign Gen.
If you plan to continue using DocuSign eSignature for Salesforce in conjunction with Gen, you'll need the latest versions of both packages (DocuSign eSignature for Salesforce and DocuSign Apps Launcher) for proper functionality.

Add and Manage your Users
