Get your First Signature
You can use envelopes to complete any agreement or document that requires a workflow approval process, like internal HR documents, customer contracts, or non-disclosure agreements.
Grow your Admin skills
You can help your organization in ways beyond sending envelopes. A great place to start leveling up is with the DSU Essentials course Get Started with eSignature Admin.
Best Practice
As an Admin, you can brand your account. Branding offers a customized eSignature experience for both senders and recipients, so customers can recognize the documents you send quicker and easier.
Enable your Users
A key responsibility for Admins is managing and training users, which helps to ensure success throughout your organization. Start by adding new users in the product.
Best Practice
Add at least one additional Admin to your account in case you're ever out of the office.
Training your users
After you’ve added users, start thinking about how and when you'll train them. Sharing our user Success Checklist is the best place to start. We also offer in-depth virtual training through DocuSign University.
Boost Productivity with Templates
Templates help you reduce the time it takes to send out your agreements. Some examples of ways to use templates include:
- Same document, different recipients: There is a disclosure form that you send to every potential client.
- Same recipients, different documents: Every month, you can send unique reports to your Board of Directors for their approval.
Best Practice
Templates can be created by Admins, or Users with permission to do so. However, templates can be used by any type of user, so encourage your users to take advantage.
