Rooms for Real Estate
Manage all of your transactions efficiently by learning the fundamentals of DocuSign Rooms for Real Estate and activating the Forms for Real Estate feature.
What is a Room?
Rooms are the secure spaces you create for each of your transactions to enter transaction details, upload documents, create and complete tasks, send messages to those involved, and of course, create and send envelopes.
Add Documents
Organize your documents by adding them to your rooms. This will keep all transaction documents together, make them sharable to other room participants, and make them easy to add to envelopes for signature.
Document Actions
Utilize the many document options available within a room, such as archive, split or combine documents, move documents from one room to another, and print.
Send Documents for eSignature
Access the eSignature experience directly from a room. Add your room documents to an envelope, enter the recipient info, place signature fields, and click send. Once the documents are signed, they'll land right back in the Documents tab of the room.
Forms for Real Estate
Run your transactions more efficiently by integrating our Forms for Real Estate feature. With your real estate association credentials, you can access our library of licensed forms to upload, fill out, and send for signature.
Examples of licensed forms include:
- Temporary off market listing
- Counter offer
- Escalation clause
